Our clinic has been using a "bloodless" surgical technique since the late 90's developed by Dr Eng Peng Tan, a well-renowned and respected Sydney Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon. This has now been acquired by his protege Dr Zion Chan. Dr Tebbetts, an American Plastic Surgeon, described a similiar technique in the literature in early 2000.

Twilight Sedation

We are one of the only few clinics where we implement specialised techniques and twilight sedation as the anaesthetising choice for our procedures with a fully qualified consultant anaesthetist. We believe this yields a faster recovery time from the anaesthetic drugs and has less complications and side effects in comparison to general anaesthetic. It also enables the patient to be discharged on the same day.
