The patient desired full-looking breasts that would be more in proportion with her body, much like when she was breastfeeding. She wanted a subtle result that would not attract too much attention.

This patient has asymmetrical breasts which is quite common and can be corrected during the enlargement surgery if needed. Her right breast is larger than her left breast. We compensated for this difference by using different sized implants to achieve a more balanced result. We placed a 450cc implant on the right and a 425cc on the left.

The patient was enthralled with the final result. She feels that her breasts are now equal in size and in proportion to her body. The final image reminds her of the breasts she had when she was breastfeeding, which was the main goal at the start of this process.

Using the different sized implants helped to achieve the result the patient desired. Not only were her breasts enlarged but they now more equal in size and shape.
