This patient was very particular about her goals. She wanted soft looking breasts that did not make the skin appear stretched. She did not want her breasts to look like two balls stuck on her chest. Her emphasis was on natural and flowing breasts.

The patient has a very small breast and a high base which means she is susceptible to a small double bubble/fold (double edging effect when the new breast crease meets the old). This complication was thoroughly explained to the patient. She understood the limitations of what she could achieve and was happy to proceed with the surgery. She was also informed that the double bubble will most likely to resolve itself in the first few months after surgery.

The patient now feels more womanly and confident. She is pleased that her new breasts look soft and natural just like she initially dreamt of. She finally feels complete and content.

She is ecstatic with her results. As predicted the double bubble has resolved itself and the patient has obtained a fabulous cleavage and soft, flowing breasts.
