This patient wished her breasts looked the way they did when she was breastfeeding. Her breast tissue had lost shape and strength post breastfeeding and she wanted the implant to fill out the excess space and deflation. She wanted to achieve a fuller breast whilst avoiding a "fake" and "stuck on" appearance.

The patient had an excellent breast base to start with and adequate breast tissue, which will assist her in gaining a soft and natural look.

She is very fond of her new breasts and is comfortable in her skin again. She believes they are exactly what she wanted and she would not trade them for anything.
