She felt self conscious undressing, in bathers and naked. She felt as if her hips has grown into a woman's body but her breasts were still the same size as they were when she was going through puberty. Patient is small breasted with slightly lateral nipples and slight asymmetry, this will still be present after surgery as this is her pre-existing breast shape which the surgeon can not change for you, only size can be altered.

She is excited about her new breasts and now feels confident to undress in front of her partner and wear bathers without padding. She never expected to feel this comfortable and finds it hard to imagine what life was like before her new breasts

The results have given the patient a new outlook on her life and she no longer feels limited or held back by the way she looks. The breast enlargement suits her shape and proportions.
